About Micheli

A human approach shaped by real leadership experience.

I believe that the strongest growth, in people and in organisations, begins from what is already there. Not from fixing what is broken, but from building on what is good, strong and true.

The destination matters. But arriving whole matters too.

My work is shaped by over 20 years of international leadership across EMEA and LATAM, including senior roles with global organisations such as AB InBev, Red Bull, Dell, McAfee and Trellix, combined with postgraduate coaching training at University College Cork. I understand both the pressure of performance and the importance of staying human within it.

This experience is my background, not a client list. It is what gives the work its grounding in real leadership, real pressure and real human complexity.
